By purchasing tuition services, booking sessions, purchasing a tuition plan, or attending tutoring sessions with PM Education, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Tuition Services
PM Education provides online educational support and tutoring services. Tuition plans and individual bookings are valid only for the named student and may not be shared or transferred to another child.

Payments
Fees are payable according to the payment schedule associated with the selected tuition plan or service.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date:
• A reminder may be issued.
• Future bookings may be suspended until payment is received.
• Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of services.
• Any outstanding balances remain payable.

Tuition Plans
Parents may select a start date when purchasing a tuition plan. Plans remain active for the duration stated within the selected plan.
All sessions included within a plan must be used during the active plan period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the plan unless otherwise agreed by PM Education.

Attendance
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring students attend sessions on time and have access to the required technology, internet connection, and learning materials necessary for online tuition.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Session cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the PM Education Cancellation Policy. By purchasing services, clients agree to the cancellation terms published on the PM Education website.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, no-shows, or unused sessions. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of PM Education.
Tutor Availability
PM Education will make reasonable efforts to maintain regular tutoring arrangements. In the event of tutor illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled.

Data Protection
Student and parent information will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the PM Education Privacy Policy.

Changes to Services
PM Education reserves the right to amend fees, services, availability, and policies with reasonable notice.

Acceptance
Purchase of services, payment of fees, booking of sessions, or attendance at tuition sessions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Referral ProgrammeÂ
PM Education may offer tuition credit to existing families who refer new families to our service.Â
To qualify for referral credit:

The referred family must be new to PM Education.Â

The referred family must purchase a tuition plan and attend their first scheduled session.Â

The referring family must be identified at the point of enquiry or consultation.Â

Referral credit will be applied to the referring family's next tuition payment.Â

Referral credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another family.Â

PM Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time.Â
Cancellation Policy
Tuition Sessions
Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited and deducted from the student's remaining session allowance. Missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable and will be deducted from the student's available sessions. PM Education reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

Free Consultations
Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you can no longer attend, please provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another family. PM Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations where necessary.
